Enjoyed my Xmas stay at this hotel. Location was perfect, with great views of the lake from the rooftop. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was delicious and great value for money.
Although the room was clean and nicely decorated, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The WiFi was also slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.
